BioI have had an eating disorder since I was about 12 years old. I am now 21 years old. It has gotten better over the years, but some years are worse than others. I never know when it is going to be a bad one or a good one. I have seen counselors, but I think the only thing that can help me is myself. I just don't feel ready yet. I still obsess about losing weight. I am 5"1 and I don't even want to say my weight right now...
